The storyline revolves around a bloody incident that took place in 1978, when an entire family comprising of a father, a mother and their three year old son was brutally killed by a cold blooded murderer. This senseless slaughter of the three innocent victims causes an outrage in the entire nation and an overwhelming majority of people demand the death penalty for the murderer. However, incredibly, the killer is able to hide the body of the three year old son at some place where no one, including the state police, is able to find it. The killer is caught red handed with the body of the father, yet there is no clue about the body of the son. This serial killing becomes the hottest topic of discussion throughout the nation and everyone seems to be enraged at the killer. However, the astounding facts that reveal afterwards create even more hype. It turns out that the killer was also a part of the family that he murdered. He was the twelve year oldà son of the family, who left home at that age and returned after a few years to undertake the heinous crime. The unfolding of the past and the successive events create a very interesting psychological thriller, which is quite masterfully depicted by the director.
Dominating Cast: The case of the film includes Christopher Hatherall, Aj Nicol, Jessica Bayly. Even though the actors are not very experienced, they still managed to perform their roles pretty efficiently.
Directors Focus: This is the first movie of Simon Tate as a director, writer and producer. At times, one does feel the lack of experience depicted during the film but overall, Tate managed to keep a steady pace of the film and come up with a good psychological drama.
